Some campground bookings along the Great Ocean Road are managed by the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority, while others stay with Parks Victoria. Check which organisation takes the booking for the campground you want. There are also state forest camping areas here run by the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action, with their own rules.
Coastal campgrounds in the Otways are very popular in summer and often need to be booked well ahead. Check the current park or forest page for access and alerts before you travel. Billy Camp does not describe tracks, tides or facilities unless the official source records them.
