Planning your trip

Most campsites here are run by NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. A few are run by others, including the Table Top Hotel, Greater Hume Council and Wentworth Shire Council, so arrange those stays with that manager.

Riverside campgrounds can close during floods, and the dirt tracks to them can be impassable after rain. Use the NSW National Parks site to confirm access, bookings and alerts. Short names such as River campground or Loop campground also appear elsewhere, so check the region before you go. Victorian campsites across the river are listed under Central Murray and Mallee.
